1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the hot55 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://hot55.cam and any subdomains thereof.
• "hot55", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, an internationally licensed online gaming company.
• "Member", "you", or "your" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal member account created upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required prior to the first withdrawal, involving submission of a valid government-issued identification document.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, matched deposit, cashback, or reward offered by hot55 under specific stated terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on hot55, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You accept these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;

• You acknowledge and accept the rules applicable to the specific games and betting markets you participate in.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on hot55, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable law;
3. You are acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party;
4. You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of hot55, nor a close relative of any such person;
5. You have not previously had an account terminated by hot55 for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
6. You are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prohibit your participation in online betting or gaming.

hot55 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Members who cannot satisfy these requirements will have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each member is permitted to hold one account only on the hot55 Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances subject to review. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. hot55 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. 4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, hot55 requires all members to complete a KYC verification. You will be asked to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot);
• Where requested, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 90 days).

KYC documents are processed within 24 hours during WIB business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have the pending withdrawal cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

hot55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels:

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 and the minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to affected members in advance.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a change of method has been approved by our compliance team;
• Accounts with active bonus balances subject to an outstanding wagering requirement may have withdrawal restrictions applied until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited;
• hot55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

hot55 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically;
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met;
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, unless the promotion explicitly states that the requirement applies to the bonus plus deposit combined;
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game categories (e.g., specific togel draw types, low-margin markets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — the applicable contribution rate is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

hot55 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, and syndicated bonus exploitation. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided, and any associated winnings may be confiscated. Repeated violations will result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

hot55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated before its stated end date, hot55 will honour wagering requirements already in progress at the time of termination for a reasonable wind-down period.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on hot55 are subject to our internal bet acceptance rules. hot55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a suspended market, where there is a pricing error, or where the bet falls outside the member's account limits.

7.2 Palpable Errors

Where a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest pricing or data error (a "palpable error"), hot55 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the member's account. hot55 will not be liable for any winnings generated as a result of a palpable error.

7.3 Specific Game Categories

The following game-specific rules apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions:

• Football betting (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and bandar bola Asian handicap markets): Match results are determined at full-time (90 minutes plus referee-added time). Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless explicitly stated in the market description. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the full payout to be awarded.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery): Draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. No dispute will be accepted regarding draw results after 24 hours of result publication.
• Live Casino: Results from live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo) are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game interface. Disconnection during a live game does not void a bet that has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Slot gacor (high-payout slot) games: All slot titles use independently audited RNG systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available on request from our support team.
• Sabung ayam (live cockfighting) streaming: Bets on sabung ayam matches are settled according to the match outcome declared by the licensed arena's officiating judges. hot55 is not responsible for arena scheduling changes or streaming interruptions caused by third-party technical issues.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. hot55 may apply individual account-level stake limits where warranted by risk management or responsible gaming considerations.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hot55 Platform. Any member found to be engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended, funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, extract data, or place bets;
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider after a transaction has been used for betting;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate online betting entertainment;
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent;
• Exploitation of system errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage.

9 Responsible Gaming

hot55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over rolling time periods;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with automatic logout upon expiry;
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders at intervals you define, showing time elapsed and net result for the session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorization from hot55. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hot55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Where liability cannot be excluded at law, hot55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

hot55 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

We apply bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data submitted for KYC purposes is retained for the minimum period required by our international licensing obligations and is never sold to third parties.

13 Amendments to These Terms

hot55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file or via an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must close your account before the amendments take effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hot55 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer support team in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Class action or representative proceedings are expressly excluded.

Nothing in this clause limits hot55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain unauthorized use of the Platform.
